Reservation Deadline: Book your reservation by February 17, 2012 by 5 p.m. EST to receive the discounted room rate.
The Housing Bureau will remain open through March 14, 2012 but cannot guarantee the discounted rate or availability after February 17, 2012. Please do not contact the hotels directly for changes or cancellations until March 15, 2012 as they will not have your reservation in their system until then.

Support AADR and Book Your Room at one of the Official Meeting Hotels
By booking your sleeping room through the official AADR housing bureau, Tampa Housing Bureau, and staying at an official AADR Meeting Hotel you are supporting AADR and helping your association meet its obligations and control attendee registration costs. When AADR books a destination, it commits to a guaranteed number of hotel guest rooms and thousands of dollars in revenue to that destination. This kind of buying power allows AADR to negotiate the best rates for its attendees, command premier venues around the city, and get great discounts on services for AADR events. Every attendee who books a room outside of AADR’s room block compromises the association’s ability to meet its obligations to the hotels, prohibits the housing bureau to protect your rooms in a walk situation, and exposes AADR to significant financial penalties.
Please support AADR by staying at one of the official Meeting hotels. You will be at the epicenter of the conference as you contribute to AADR’s ability to control dues and registration fees this year and in years to come.
In the event you have any problems with your reservation or accommodations, the Tampa Housing Bureau can only assist in reconciling those issues if your reservation was booked through the Housing Bureau.
